Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue WI, Inc. is a network of volunteers and foster homes throughout the state of Wisconsin and Illinois. We take in Shih Tzu and Shih Tzu mixes from humane societies, animal shelters, owner surrenders, etc. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which means your adoption donation is completely tax deductible!
We hope you stop in, stay awhile and get to know our family a little better! Be sure to visit often, so you can keep up on all that we have going on.
We are in need of your talent and expertise! The only pre-requisite is that you love Shih Tzu (and dogs) as much as we do!
Did you know that only 1 out of every 10 homeless dogs ever find a permanent home?
Did you know that 800 dogs and cats are euthanized in the United States every hour because there are not enough homes?
Do you have a little extra time, a little extra love, or an extra dollar?
Fuzzy Pawz is just one of many breed rescue organizations in the United States faced with the challenge of many dogs needing rescue and few available foster homes.
Won't you consider opening your heart and your home to a Shih Tzu who is in danger of being euthanized or one who is currently living in a neglectful or abusive situation? You can help save one more dog!
It takes very little extra time to foster a needy Shih Tzu and it is one of the most rewarding experiences you will ever encounter!
